Unbeatable Dinner at Baur au Lac

The Baur au Lac is one of my favorite hotels in the world! The service is world class and the rooms are gorgeous. Above and beyond that their restaurant is excellent!

On my latest trip to Switzerland, I had the opportunity to dine at The Pavillion, Baur Au Lac's stellar restaurant.

Needless to say... this delicious meal did not last very long...

The Pavillion has an extensive menu including a la carte and tasting menu.

This restaurant has one Michelin Star (which is AMAZING!!). Also, the chef of Eleven Madison Park in NYC, Daniel Humm, got his start at the Baur au Lac. The atmosphere and decor is stunning with a newly redecorated dinning space and fresh floral arrangements for days!

I highly recommend this restaurant the next time you are in Zurich!
